• Execute clean-water initiatives for sanitary and stormwater sewer systems
• Protected the City’s basic infrastructure with large new investments in roads, sewers, and sidewalks

• Bring fire stations, City Hall, schools and recreational facilities up to date
• Led approval of the Potomac Yard Metro Station to fuel sustainable commercial growth
• Launched new transit initiatives throughout the city, including funding for new transit on the West End

• Expand Complete Streets initiatives to improve pedestrian safety

• Expand adolescent pregnancy prevention efforts
• Championed equal pay reporting for City workforce
• Proposed equal pay reporting obligations for City contractors
• Worked regionally to improve the availability of sexual assault medical services
• Pushed the General Assembly for additional funding to test untested rape kits
• Repealed anti-cohabitation ordinance
